Welcome to Villa Argana, our cute little holiday home on Naxos, situated super close to the famous Plaka Beach and Agia Anna on the South West side of Naxos. The house is perfectly suited for 2 to 5 people, with a private pool, garden and an outdoor bbq area, offering everything you need to experience the island from its best side.

IN A NUTSHELL
The island
Naxos is the 10th largest island in Greece, it is the biggest of the Cyclades with almost 20.000 permanent residents. Only a rather narrow strait lies between Naxos and Paros – which you can perfectly see right from our house.
The house
The Villa Argana with approx. 100 m2 and air condition on all floors, offers plenty of space for up to 5 guests with 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom along with 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It also features a 4 x 5 m pool right in front of the sunset terrace plus a pergola-shaded BBQ area in the garden behind the house.
Please be aware, the house is not wheelchair accessible.
The location
The house is located approx. 5 km South of Naxos town, easy accessible on a paved road in walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Plaka. This means you’re not in the middle of nowhere, but still a lot quieter as in the villages and only minutes away from the action. It’s the perfect starting point to wherever you want to go. As Naxos offers so much to do and to visit, we always recommend to rent a car. The house has its own private parking space.
The distances
By car distance to the beach is 1 min, to the airport it is 5 min. Naxos town is only 7 min away, the beaches and bars from Agia Anna and Agios Prokopios 3 min. The next big supermarket Koutelieris (you will really find EVERYTHING there) is also only 7 min away. And for all water sports enthusiasts: the FLISVOS Surf Station, for example, can also be reached in approximately 5 minutes.
Walking to the beach will take 10 minutes max.

The building
The architecture follows the typical Greek concept distributing the rooms on 3 levels:
- In the lower level you’ll find a single and a double bedroom plus a bathroom.
- The central floor is where you enter the house, the living room area. Here is the kitchen, a table for 4 – 6 and a couch with smart tv and WiFi.
The “official” door is on the back of the house, a second one in the front leads to the sunset terrace and the pool. - On the top floor is the second double bedroom with a balcony and another bathroom right next to it.
- In front of the house is enough space to park up to two cars. The terrace with the pool in front will be your favorite place to take pictures of the sunset day after day after day after …
- In the back you will enjoy a pergola-shaded terrace with outdoor kitchen as well as a private garden with fig, mulberry and olive trees, herbs like rosemary or sage. A great place to have breakfast in the morning, relax in the afternoon or a BBQ session at night!
- Important: The pool is approx. 1,5 m deep and ungated, therefore not recommended for children under 12 years!
